David Roberts is a lead facilitator who designs and delivers intensive two to three day workshops involving multiple stakeholders from various levels of an organization.

From 1997-2000 David ran the west coast office of Roberts Consulting. He is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Grove Consultants Strategic Visioning, MG Taylor DesignShop Methodology, and High Ropes Course Teaming Methodologies. He relies on group interaction and collaborative learning models in all of his consulting and training work.

He received his BA in Psychology from Pomona College and was awarded the Excellence in Empirical Research Award and the Pomona College Psychology Prize. His thesis was subsequently published in the psychology journal Perception and Psychophysics. He currently offers pro-bono consulting to the UCSC Psychology Department and Portland State University College of Urban and Public Affairs.
