COACHING

Although
we originally saw ourselves working with groups and not
individuals, our work over the years has drawn us rather
extensively into Executive Coaching. Our distinctive approach
to this work follows from our commitment to making sure
every engagement is customized to the needs of the client.
Therefore,
we do not come to our Executive Coaching with a set list
of instruments for the person to complete or tasks for
the person to undertake. Rather we listen. We listen deeply
and allow the person to identify the challenges that she
or he faces at this time. Then we focus in very deliberate
ways on addressing those challenges.
Obviously,
we are very experienced in using the MBTI and the SDI®.
Furthermore, we are qualified users of DiSC and the Enneagram;
in our Executive Coaching, if we feel the insights from
either of these two instruments would be helpful, we invite
consulting colleagues to join us for a short term. Finally,
if we are persuaded that feedback is needed to help a
leader see more clearly the challenges that need to be
addressed, we rely on professionals who are experienced
in using 360 feedbacks.
