INDIVIDUAL GROWTH

Although one of the greatest strengths of Roberts Consulting, Inc. is the capacity to work with groups in such a way as to build trust, we also offer services to individuals. And we do this is such a way that we really deepen the self-understanding of the individuals involved -- be that in exeutive coaching, interpersonal conflict resolutions, or transitions in one's career.

Here are brief descriptions of some of the work we do, but please know that, especially when working one-on-one with individuals, we will customize our work to the needs of that person. You simply can't order up a cookie cutter type of experience. You can, however, expect to get intense personal attention.
